“Living in remote Indigenous communities; I was taught many things that only a few get to experience in their lifetime. Where I come from (Coniston, Northwest of Alice Springs) we still practice ancient traditions and hold ceremonies; most days we go hunting, gathering, fluently speaking our Anmatyerr language and living with extended family which make me connected to my culture every day. I'm passionate about educating our young ones that it is possible to walk in two different worlds, making the most out of our recourses and creating intergenerational wealth is what motivates me.”
